We are seeking an EUC Engineer to join our Managed Services team in Perth, supporting multiple client environments. About the role: The EUC Engineer is responsible for providing technical support in the operation and maintenance of end user computing systems, including installation, repair, and ongoing management of hardware, software and peripherals. You will deliver a high level of customer service while ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests. Key responsibilities: - Provide end user support across desktop, laptop and mobile environments - Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and peripherals - Manage and resolve incidents via service management systems - Deliver support aligned to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) - Liaise with external vendors to resolve hardware and software issues - Provide remote support where required - Maintain accurate documentation in line with contractual obligati...
