The Manager/Senior Manager, TCOC Strategy on the Model of Care team will be a pivotal leader in DaVita’s efforts to provide integrated kidney care (IKC) to patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) or end-stage kidney disease (ESKD). This teammate will join a team focused on developing and implementing the care model strategy for operators to achieve Total Cost of Care (TCOC) reduction goals while also driving optimal patient outcomes and success in value-based arrangements.
