Overview The Senior Manager of Logistics & Compliance will oversee the Company’s logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and compliant movement of goods and adherence to global trade, transportation, and warehousing regulations. They will deliver the day-to-day operational execution for logistics, transportation and fulfillment; analyze logistics and transportation networks to reduce overall costs; support continuous improvement in productivity and ensure compliance with all applicable trade laws, tariff analysis and Janus’s global trade compliance program. The director is also expected to set and achieve targets and cost positions while ensuring on-time service. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize product flow from suppliers to customers, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. - Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, import/export controls, customs requirements, and other global regulations. - Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and other vendors involved in the supply chain. - Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and implement best prac...
