Job Summary: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist owns recruiting for all Team Kline positions, taking leadership on key roles such as hard to fill positions and administrative/leadership positions while also serving as a key partner to the HR Director on recruiting process, data, and employer presence. This role operates with autonomy, handling searches that tend to be more complex, longer in cycle, or higher in organizational impact.
