Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Position Purpose The Chief Operating Officer for MercyOne Davenport (formerly Genesis Medical Center) and MercyOne Silvis Medical Center will direct the day-to-day operations of the health system's largest entity, a 502-bed medical center with two campuses (East Rusholme Street and West Central Park), which offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient medical services. GMC-Davenport brings together the skills and efforts of more than 450 physicians, 3,000 staff and 1,000 volunteers. Net patient revenue is approximately $540M. The COO will also oversee MercyOne Silvis Medical Center, a 150-bed, full-service, acute care medical center. We provide a full range of inpatient and outpatient services to residents of a three-county area. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of the executive team of MercyOne's East Iowa Division, this leader actively engages in providing operational oversight.
