In addition, the social worker provides clinical social work interventions to children receiving care through the Medical Foster Care Program and their families and serves as the program coordinator. Your Specific Responsibilities: - Manage daily referrals, intakes, placements, and discharges - Arrange assessments, staffing’s, and parent-child medical training - Ensure compliance with program standards, policies, and foster care records - Lead annual program reviews and implement corrective action plans - Provide ongoing training and educational opportunities for program staff - Support medical foster parents with Medicaid regulations, respite care, and community resources - Partner w...
