Mobile Maintenance Technician

Job description

The Mobile Maintenance Technician provides maintenance and repair services across multiple properties to ensure the smooth operation of building systems and travels regularly between locations, performing inspections, addressing tenant requests, and supporting the engineering team with equipment upkeep. Qualifications: - Perform maintenance tasks and complete work orders across multiple properties in a timely and safe manner, including preventative maintenance work orders, plumbing repairs, basic electrical work, and HVAC troubleshooting; develop familiarity with BAS (building automation systems) and energy management systems. - Follow safety protocols and use PPE for all tasks; ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFC, NFPA and company safety protocols; promote safe working conditions and report hazards immediately; participate in safety audits for all properties. - Conduct property inspections, including lighting audits, roof inspections, and parking lot checks; report any unsafe conditions immediately; identify deficiencies to supervisor, recommending improvements; maintain accurate records of equipment and performance logs. - Address unscheduled maintenance calls, such as plumbing...
