**$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS**: Position Goal: Assist physicians and other staff members with care of patients in producing high quality radiographs. Experience: Required: Preferred: Education: Required: - Must have a command of radiographic technique. - Must have command of medical imaging system and be able to assist other staff members as needed. - Responsible for understanding and carrying out radiology requisitions and views. - Memorize what views each physician requires on exams. - Assist patients in getting into the positions required to get the radiographs needed with the occasional need to lift the patient. - Take X-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety. - Stock necessary supplies. - Use a variety of radiation protection and shielding materials. - Assist with and provides direct training and supervision to student technologists. - Ensure equipment is in working order. Report any malfunction to supervisor in a timely manner. - Carry out radiology requisitions and views. Use radiographic technique, medical imaging system, and assist other staff members as needed. - Operate all portables and C-Arm equipment (if applicable). - Provide back up support to M...
