About the role: As the Regional Train Service Delivery Manager (North), you’ll provide strategic leadership across people, operations and service delivery for the Regional TSD workforce. You’ll lead transformational change that drives safety, performance and culture, building strong capability to deliver reliable, customer focused rail services in a fast paced operational environment. You’ll be responsible for two direct reports and approximately seventy-three indirect reports across Cairns, Townsville and Rockhampton.
