Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Core HCM) SC CLEARANCE - ESSENTIAL: £750+pd - Initial 5 Month Contract Remote/Hybrid: Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with a primary focus on Core HCM . Experience with Recruitment modules, particularly Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), would be a valuable bonus. The right candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive Core HCM solutions, leading implementations, and ensuring smooth business process transformation. This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional expertise and the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions.
