Job description

The primary role of the Mortgage Specialist Associates (MSA) is to facilitate the sale of Manulife Bank’s mortgage solutions. The MSAs will collect all required documentation from the Mortgage Specialists, including all notes to support the application and package and submit the mortgage deals appropriately with a focus on accuracy to expedite the decision process. They will be responsible for achieving a specified quota relating to successful deal submission and fundings. They will work directly with Mortgage Specialists to gather required information and answer questions to facilitate a successful and seamless mortgage sale. Position Responsibilities: Maintain client engagement and ensure administrative requirements are met throughout the mortgage application process to prevent clients from opting for competing lenders. Collect, package, and review all required documentation for accuracy and completeness, following standardized processes to accelerate the deal to decision status. Order appraisals and act as a liaison between MS and all related parties, including lending.
