Staff will communicate results and coordinate care relevant to client care needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential functions are duties which are primary to the position. An individual must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. The essential functions of this position are: Provides Urine Drug Testing as requested by the clinical and medical team or indicated by protocol. Processes and sends out confirmation tests as requested by clinical and medical team or indicated by protocol. Enters point of care test results into EHR. Bills out Urine Drug Tests within the EHR as requested by supervisor or indicated by protocol. Communicates positive test results to clinical staff. 6.
