Position Summary: We are seeking a forward-thinking, analytics-driven professional to partner with the Global Head of HR to deliver programs supporting our strategy, inclusive of employment branding, early career programs and university partnerships, rotational program development, talent mapping, and special projects. This role blends strategic workforce planning, data-enabled insights, and high-impact stakeholder engagement across the segment.
