Your mission: - Analyze service contracts and SLAs to develop long-term capacity scenarios and resource forecasts. - Manage the full lifecycle of service, maintenance, and installation projects, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and budget constraints. - Proactively identify risks and uncertainties in service delivery and implement measures to safeguard SLA performance. - Prepare installation projects in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Production, and the Service Manager. - Serve as the key liaison for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet their specific requirem...
