About the role Location: USA - Taylorsville: Hours: Full-Time: Type of Contract: Permanent: Make Logistics Real!: The primary objective of this role is to ensure efficient scheduling and execution within the boundaries of the production and material flow plan. - This includes developing tool-supported production schedules with optimal production cycles and minimal costs for finished goods, while providing feedback on schedule feasibility to supply planning. - The role is also responsible for managing availability based on DBM rules to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. - Additionally, it involves evaluating day-to-day operational performance of all material flow activities and ensuring availability at the packaging level. - Manage local inventory, schedule orders, reduce slow-moving stock, and ensure accuracy of stock levels by timely and accurate goods receipts. - Develop cost-optimized inventory deployment schedules at the location, define the amount of material to be moved to overflow storage locations, and create STOs for transport. - Perform GRID changes and DAC adjustments on a packaging level to maintain availability. - Create selling awareness by proactively pushing...
