Responsibilities and Expectations: - Responsible for achieving and exceeding targets and planned growth within assigned key accounts. - Execute tactical sales and marketing plans within predefined frameworks. - Manage account-level demand generation, including promotions, merchandising, and marketing campaigns. - Maintain excellent customer relationships and regularly engage with account stakeholders. Visit customer locations frequently. - Provide regular business reporting and insights, using analytics to monitor performance and highlight potential issues. - Actively manage customer inventory forecasts and stock run rates to optimize sales potential. - Identify operational or tactical weaknesses and create corrective action plans, escalating complex issues to the leadership team. - Continuously monitor market pricing and competition and highlight significant concerns internally. - Support colleagues during strategic account reviews and negotiations. - Ensure customers have an up-to-date understanding of Corsair products, services, and objectives. - Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair’s core values.
