Job Description: JOB OVERVIEW: Under the general guidance of the F&B Reservations Manager, the F&B Reservations Supervisor oversees all dining reservation operations to ensure a seamless, personalized, and luxury guest experience across all restaurants and lounge venues. This role supports the management of reservation systems, guest communications, table optimization, VIP coordination, and team training while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and service excellence.
