Position Summary: The Senior Platforms Engineer for Collaboration & AV is a subject matter expert who oversees the engineering, standardization, and lifecycle management of MPC’s enterprise collaboration and audiovisual (AV) platforms. This position focuses on delivering excellent user and meeting room experiences. Responsible for technical direction, reliability, and scalability, the role covers environments such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise AV systems. Operating independently within established governance, this role provides advanced expertise, leads complex projects, and helps shape and influence platform standards and best practices. This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing responsibility, competency, and skill level.
