Description Table Games Floor Supervisor – Wendover Table Games Floor Supervisor oversee table games operations with emphasis on guest service. Ensure adherence to Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations and Company policies and procedures. With a special emphasis on security and the ability to protect the integrity of the games. Works between Wendover Nugget & Red Garter if needed. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The duties listed below are examples of the work typically performed by an employee in this position. 1. Directly supervise dealers. 2. Monitor all procedures governing the opening and closing of games and shift changes. 3. Ensure that games are supplied with adequate and operable equipment. 4. Ensure that the integrity of the game is protected at all times. 5. Communicate with incoming/outgoing shift supervisors about players. 6. Report violations, irregularities or suspicious activities to Director of Table Games, Surveillance, Security, or MOD. 7. Make credits and pit fills when needed. 8.
