Description The National Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic corporate and regional relationships within the dialysis marketplace. This role partners closely with customers, clinical stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams to drive revenue and expand market presence. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare market knowledge, proven sales experience, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment. Requirements: Account & Relationship Management: - Manage corporate-level relationships with internal senior dialysis leadership, including inside dialysis sales team members, Senior Director of Dialysis and Chief Commercial Officer. - Develop and maintain strong relationships at the regional level, including clinical leadership, biomedical teams, and other key stakeholders. - Serve as a trusted strategic partner to customers through regular in-person visits and remote meetings. - Support both new customer acquisition and retention through proactive relationship management. - Maintain open order reports.
