Overview Responsible for driving revenue and maintaining accountability for set goals and objectives within his/her assigned region. Develops a new business sales team by providing leadership, direction, mentorship and training. Guides the team to identify business opportunities and recommends workable solutions that meet the needs of the customer. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute both short- and long-range sales plans and programs in conjunction with Senior Management and direct reports, to ensure the profitability and growth of the company's offerings - Formulate and recommend plans, policies, goals and objectives for the organization's sales activities to expand market share in existing markets and capture new markets. - Leads, mentors and motivates sales professionals - Evaluate software and business partners to support and improve sales force effectiveness - Must demonstrate propensity for developing Account Executives – proof sourced and methodology - Understanding of complex pricing and financial models - Oversees and participates in the preparation and presentation of professional proposals/service solutions - Build, develop and nurture customer and internal relation...
