In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners , supporting them with HR-related questions, processes, and internal systems. You will help ensure smooth HR operations by resolving inquiries, guiding users through HR procedures, and providing high-quality service across multiple countries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer support in an international HR environment .
