About the Role: Magnolia Health Systems is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to- - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness - Enter and code invoices into the accounting system - Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation - Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers - Schedule and ensure timely payments to vendors - Reconcile discrepancies and resolve vendor issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records - Communicate with vendors regarding payment status - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and statements - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Prepare reports and summaries as needed...
