Job Description: You Are A subject matter expert in handling all responsibilities related to health care. Provide support to the health care planning team in design, development, implementation, administration, and ongoing management of enterprise-wide health care plans, with particular responsibility for retiree medical plans. Exercises discretion and independent judgment, when necessary. Reports directly to the Manager of Benefits. Works closely with the counterparts Benefits Administration, Health Services, Wellness, HR Legal, Finance, HR Business Partners, Business Units, as well as with external partners.
