This role ensures compliance with complex reporting standards, supports audits, and partners with internal teams to maintain accurate and timely regulatory filings. The ideal candidate has strong industry knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience navigating regulatory frameworks such as FERC, state commissions, and other energy-related oversight bodies. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, financial disclosure rules, and industry standards. Monitor legislative and regulatory changes that impact reporting obligations, advising leadership as needed. Maintain comprehensive documentation supporting all filings.
