Compensation Amount: 23.00 USD Hourly Job Summary: The Housekeeping Inspector assists the Housekeeping Manager in daily housekeeping operations and floor management, including staff, equipment, and property to facilitate the fulfillment of financial goals and company initiatives. Job Description: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Assist Housekeeping Manager in the daily operations and floor management in the designated area. - Maintain GSI Hospitality Standards and adhere to GSI Sparkling Clean Program. - Supervise the staff in absence of the Housekeeping Manager. - Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times. Handle guests’ complaints and solve them according to customer service standards. - Monitor and supervise set up and maintenance of assigned area of facility to ensure quality standards. Monitor and assist in requisitioning linen use and housekeeping supplies; care of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. - Assist in recruiting, supervising, training, scheduling, disciplining, reviewing, and directing the room attendants at the direction of the Housekeeping Manager.
