Job Summary The Injection Mold Process Technician (hiring title: Manufacturing Engineer Technician I) role supports engineering and the Injection Molding production teams by assisting in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of manufacturing processes and equipment. The technician contributes to production performance, equipment support, and documentation, working closely with Engineering and Quality teams to meet production targets and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is essential to maintaining efficient, safe, and high-quality production of electronic components. Responsibilities: - Assist in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing production equipment. - Support machine enhancements and development in coordination with Engineering. - Aid in the design and testing of manufacturing equipment and systems. - Use CAD software to assist in tooling and test system design. - Help coordinate purchases with suppliers for tooling and test systems. - Maintain and calibrate production machinery including CNC machines, PLCs, and automated tools. - Support process validation and equipment qualification activities. - Contribute to process improvements to enhance producti...
