Job Summary The Vice President, Data Governance and Strategy is an executive leader responsible for establishing and advancing Community Health Systems' enterprise data governance strategy to ensure institutional data assets are accurate, secure, compliant, and positioned to support high-quality patient care, operational performance, regulatory reporting, and AI-enabled healthcare capabilities. This role leads the enterprise data governance structure and stewardship model and oversees the policies, standards, and processes necessary to ensure the quality, integrity, security, and appropriate use of institutional data. The Vice President drives clear data ownership and accountability, establishes enterprise standards for data quality and authorized use, and implements controls that enable transparency and trust, including metadata management, lineage, and attestation. This role has immediate focus on successful integration and optimized utilization of the Company's Oracle Suite of products, including ERP and related cloud platforms.
