Job Description Fabletics is looking for a Senior AI Operations Manager, (Fulfillment Centers) How do you fit in?: This role will serve as an AI builder for operations, driving automation and transformation initiatives within our fulfillment network, beginning at TIJ2 with future scalability across all sites. You will combine advanced AI capabilities with deep operational expertise to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. This role requires a highly innovative, fast-paced, and analytical mindset with a strong foundation in fulfillment operations and Lean principles. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Industrial Engineering. What you will do: Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate and optimize fulfillment operations, starting at TIJ2 and scaling across the network, with a targeted 3% annual cost reduction Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact automation and process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights, including labor planning models and real-time process flow management Partner with Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and 3PL partners to integrate AI solutions into existing workflo...
