Job Summary: Under limited supervision, drives strategic process excellence initiatives that support the plant’s mid-term roadmap for productivity, rationalization through automation, and lead time reduction. Evaluates the 3–5 year target plant image to understand and identify systemic gaps in processes, technology, and operational capabilities. Identifies, benchmarks, and implements global best practices in material handling automation, digital operations, and manufacturing process optimization. Leads cross-functional teams to evaluate new solutions, conduct pilots, validate impact, and integrate successful initiatives into the plant’s operating system. Acts as a strategic advisor and subject-matter expert on transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with plant, regional, and global process excellence strategies by effectively incorporating EF principles. This role will require domestic and international travel approximately 10% of the time.
