As a Senior Loaner Operations Technician , you will independently execute and oversee core loaner operations processes within the Regional Distribution Centre. These processes include advanced inspection, full kit reconciliation, ERP transaction ownership and supporting operational flow across inbound, inspection and outbound activities. You will act as a key quality and performance anchor on the shop floor, supporting training, problem solving and process adherence, while ensuring that kits are ready for surgery and that inventory integrity is maintained. The Senior Technician plays a critical role in ensuring service reliability across Central Europe.
