Job Responsibilities: - Hands-on supervision and administration of the Service Department - Oversee the service staff while ensuring the prime physical condition of the community - Provide prompt customer service to Residents - Enforce adherence to environmental and OSHA regulation policies and procedures - Statistical reporting and budget responsibilities - Delegate work orders, schedule turns, and order supplies as needed - A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, passing of a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen are required. - Position is on-site in Virginia, USA...
