Position Summary Acuren is currently seeking a qualified Visual Inspector III with certifications in API 510, 570, and 653 to support our operations in Longview, TX We are currently seeking local candidates based in Longview, TX or surrounding area. While we welcome applications from all qualified individuals, local candidates are preferred due to the nature of the role. The Visual Inspector conducts visual examinations independently and evaluates materials, welds, and components for conformity with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications. This role involves interpreting procedures, recording detailed results, and reporting findings. Level II inspectors are expected to identify discontinuities, determine acceptability within defined criteria, and assist in training Level I personnel. They demonstrate a solid understanding of inspection techniques, documentation practices, and quality assurance requirements.
