Downer is seeking an experienced Stabiliser Operative to join our spray seal and stabilisation operations across Western Australia . Based out of Maddington, WA , this role is ideal for someone with strong on‑the‑ground experience in stabilisation works who takes pride in safe, high‑quality delivery and working as part of a committed crew. About the Role: As a Stabiliser Operative, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering day‑to‑day stabilisation and spray seal activities across multiple projects. You will work closely with Supervisors, Foremen and crew members to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification.
