Qualifications: Operational Support: - Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory. - Ensure adherence to Starbucks operational policies and standards. - Monitor and manage store staffing levels and schedules. Team Leadership: - Support hiring, training, and development of partners. - Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance. - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and partner engagement.
