Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: Partner with Account Executives and oversee all internal processes associated with account management and campaign activation. Job Responsibilities: - Support Account Executives with CRM, Sales Force administration with items such as account set up, hold management and preparing reports - Aid in proposal, RFP generation, modification and output utilizing Proposal + - Assist Marketing and Sales Leadership in research & reporting for Account Executive client prospecting - Prepare campaign documents including but not limited to space and production contracts, posting instructions for both printed and digital creative assignments, commission coversheets, billing action forms, etc. - Review billing and accounts payable issues in collaboration with Finance Team and the Account Executive - Generates reports such as, weekly sales report, ad hoc reports and renewal reports - Assist Account Executives with internal requests for Marketing Research, Creative and Mapping - Field inbound sales calls and supply Sales Manager with call back information. - Coordinate...
