Global Technology Manager, Silicon Test, Global Commodity Management

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or Finance or related degree, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. - Experience in semiconductor sourcing, commodity management, or test operations. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in a technical or engineering field or MBA. - Experience with leading ATE platforms (Advantest 93K, Teradyne UltraFLEX) and an understanding of how test methodology impacts commercial outcomes. - Experience within a COT (Customer Owned Tooling) business model. - Understanding of profit and loss (P&L) management, CAPEX vs OPEX trade-offs, and the impact of test yield on overall silicon gross margins. - Understanding of the back-end supply chain (e.g., Wafer Probe/CP, Final Test/FT, System Level Test/SLT, and Burn-In). - Ability to manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) in the semiconductor space.
