About the role: The Clinical Team Leader is responsible for both clinical leadership and operational leadership within an Essential Nursing and Disability Services (ENDS) NDIS residential Supported Independent Living (SIL) house (s) and related community supports. This hybrid role provides day-to-day management of the house (s), leadership and supervision of Support Workers, and ensures safe, clinically competent, person-centered care aligned with participant goals, clinical requirements, and ENDS policies.
