Floor Care Specialist (FT)

Job description

SUMMARY: This position will keep all floors (tile, carpet, cement, etc.) throughout resort properties meeting resorts high standards of clean. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Have complete knowledge of our floor cleaning equipment and all floor cleaning supplies. - Be familiar with the complex and outlying areas. - Exhibit great customer service skills with internal and external guests at GTRS. - Keep radios, pagers, keys and vans safe/clean and secure at all times. They are resort property and must be turned back in at the end of your shift. - Respond immediately to all calls received via a radio, phone, pager or headset. - Cleaning all complex carpets/tiles/cement. - Daily maintenance and cleaning of all floor care equipment. - Point out any problems or concerns to managers. - Help coordinate special cleaning of any floors that will need cleaned at different times during the day. - Ability to discuss politely and properly any special cleaning with other departments and their managers. - Good rapport with fellow employees and reflect positive attitude. - Must be in compliance with all GTRS grooming standards. - Consistently present a professional image to GTRS staff and i...
