ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing and sanitizing floors, restrooms, and common areas. - Washing walls and cleaning glass partitions, and mirrors and removing rubbish. - Empty and clean breakroom coolers. - Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper waste disposal. - Using and maintaining cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers, vacuums, and other specialized machinery. - Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. - Deep clean and disinfect breakroom, restrooms, and high touch areas regularly. - Ensuring restrooms and cleaning stations are adequately stocked with necessary supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, gloves). - Clean spills using a sweeper, shovel, or any other equipment as necessary. - Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report low stock to the appropriate personnel. - Ensure all tasks are completed in compliance with company cleanliness and safety standards. - Additional tasks as needed QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous janitorial or custodial experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred. - Must be able to operate a floor scrubber and basic cleaning equ...
