Job Description: JOB SUMMARY This is a Lancaster County Adult Probation and Parole Services administrative support position providing full performance and operational oversight of the department’s special administrative projects, research-related activities, performance measurement, and data collection analysis including evidence-based practices. While most of this individual's duties will be the fulfillment of assigned tasks and special projects, his/her work must be completed with considerable initiative and independence. Completed work and performance are reviewed for soundness of reasoning, effectiveness, and conformance with the department mission and established polices/objectives.
