Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program management. - Experience in electrical engineering. - Experience in design validation and new product introduction. Preferred qualifications: - MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Operations Research, or Supply Chain. - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in hardware design and manufacturing in a new product introduction (NPI) role. - Experience in data center infrastructure or operations, or construction, coordination of deployments cross-functionally. - Ability to think strategically, and to handle complex problems across multiple stakeholders. - Excellent investigative, organizational, prioritization, verbal and written communication skills.
