Job Summary A Community Support Associate (CSA) provides assigned Medicaid eligible clients the services necessary to allow them to live with maximum independence in the community. The CSA provides intervention in the form of skills training, cueing, or supervision in the client’s treatment plan; medication adherence and recognizing symptoms and side effects; non-clinical but therapeutic behavioral intervention, support, and skills training; assistance in accessing and utilizing community resources; emotional regulation skills; and developing and enhancing interpersonal skills. Duties and Responsibilities: - Completes documentation accurately, within the Medicaid mandated time frames including treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and intake paperwork. - Provides intervention services to identified participants and consults with the treatment team to identify the needs and level of support for the client. - Attends bi-weekly supervision with clinical director; utilizing case review feedback and following through with instruction/directive provided. - Always maintains confidentiality of client information, including during community-based activities in which services...
