Job description

The Manufacturing Engineer I is responsible for helping to drive cost reduction activities through process improvements to directly impact the overall performance objectives for the company and compliance to AS9100 and NADCAP requirements and/or division. This position significantly impacts Regal Rexnord’s ability in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and is located onsite at our facility in Simi Valley, CA. What you will do: - Collaborate with the Engineering, Quality, Operations, Planning, Purchasing and Marketing Team to ensure we deliver a successful project, on time, at acceptable revenues, with zero quality defects. - Maintain ownership of process development activities and Engineering projects across all functional lines and operating sites. - Manage projects tightly to detailed master program schedules and milestones. Coordinate schedule compliance for all deliverables.
