We are seeking a dedicated Infection Preventionist / Quality Assurance (IP/QA) Nurse to partner with leadership in advancing infection prevention, resident safety, and quality improvement initiatives across our senior living community. The IP/QA Nurse collaborates closely with interdisciplinary leaders to develop, implement, and evaluate the Infection Prevention and Control Program and Quality Improvement Program. This role serves as a clinical leader, educator, and consultant, ensuring best practices that protect residents, visitors, and employees. Key Responsibilities: This role is eligible for TN sponsorship. Successful sponsorship will require state licensure and completion of the VisaScreen or equivalent certification.
