ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Passionate about quality and manufacturing excellence? Join our team as a Reliability Engineer and help ensure our products, processes, and systems meet the highest standards. Collaborate with engineering and operations to drive continuous improvement and deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations of ORT and DPA laboratories - Ensure all equipment is calibrated, maintained, and compliant with applicable standards - Develop and enforce lab procedures, safety policies, and best practices - Coordinate lab scheduling, workload planning, and resource allocation - Design and execute ORT plans based on product requirements and industry standards - Monitor ongoing tests (thermal cycling, vibration, humidity, etc.) - Analyze test data to identify reliability risks, trends, and improvement opportunities - Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product robustness - Perform and supervise destructive analysis (cross-sectioning, decapsulation, microscopy, etc.) - Identify root causes of failures and defects - Prepare detailed failure analysis reports with clear conclusions and corrective actions - Support customer returns (RMA) and...
