Sandvik Coromant in Westminster, SC is looking for a RELIABILITY ENGINEER ROLE SUMMARY: A Sandvik Coromant Reliability Engineer plays a key role in improving the uptime and reliability of equipment related to manufacturing, infrastructure, and site utilities. The role will utilize engineering analysis, predictive tools, strategy development, and continuous improvement of systems to ensure safety, minimize failures, promote machine efficiency, and reduce overall maintenance cost. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: - Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive (PM), predictive (PdM), and reliability-centered maintenance programs for production equipment, facilities, and utility systems. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to establish and maintain asset criticality rankings that drive prioritization of reliability initiatives and resource allocation. - Implement condition monitoring (thermography, oil analysis, vibration analysis, ultrasound, etc.) to support condition-based maintenance (CBM) programs and equipment analysis where possible. - Analyze equipment failure data, work order history, condition monitoring data, etc. using RCA and FMEA tools and data analysis/trending software to...
