JOB TITLE: ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR DEPARTMENT: STUDENT AFFAIRS SALARY RANGE: $43,888 - $45,000 FLSA: EXEMPT IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Director of Student Engagement SCHEDULE DETAILS: Full-time/12-month position/PEERS: Position Summary: The Engagement Coordinator plays an important role in creating a vibrant, welcoming, and connected student experience at Ozarks Tech. This position helps students find meaningful ways to get involved by supporting student clubs, developing leadership opportunities, and coordinating engagement initiatives across campuses and online. In this role, you’ll collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to create programs and experiences that foster belonging, leadership, and community. The position requires a highly organized professional who can coordinate multiple programs, events, and timelines while maintaining a smooth and consistent student experience.
