In this role, you will work directly with the Subrogation Leadership Team to achieve SLAs and will be responsible for developing and executing the tactics for team training and coaching to maintain and exceed the objectives. This role will impact the organization’s ability to bring revenue forward and the BSC with guiding the team towards a higher percentage of recovery.
