Job Description: Broadcom’s ASIC Products Division (APD) is seeking a candidate for a System Level Test, Diagnosis and Si Validation Engineer position at our Fort Collins Development Center in Colorado. This position will be part of the DFT team supporting our key customers with system level test development, deployment in production and ensuring robustness of test solutions. The candidate will also support enablement of DFT solutions in the HTOL & other qualification systems. The candidate will have hands-on experience of supporting Si validation and System level test development and debug experience. The successful candidate will be able to help our customers perform diagnostics to help isolate the failures on the die to allow the DFT team to explore ways to address the test escapes using ATE tests.
